Guest Access
Guests have full access to the home except for the Owner’s storage closet. Self check in. Guests will receive their unique door code the day of check in approximately 2hrs before check in. There is an electronic door lock on the yellow door (side of property). Guests are also allowed to park in the garage.
Good to know
The Uptown Terrace is a modern and spacious 4 story condo with a 2 car garage. It offers 3 king size beds all with their own en suite bathrooms. You’ll be welcomed in as soon as you come through the door. A nice entry way table and full size mirror to check your outfit before leaving to head into Uptown. Also on the main floor, is a bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom and large closet. On the 2nd floor, you’ll find the living room with seating for 6 and a balcony. The dining area has seating for 8. And of course you will have a full size kitchen, fully equipped, with a gorgeous island that seats 4 guests. There is also a stocked laundry room with full size washer, dryer, iron/board. A powder bathroom is also located on this floor for convenience. On the 3rd floor there is the master bedroom with double sinks and a 2 person shower. This bedroom has 2 closets. There is an additional guest bedroom with private bathroom and a linen closet as well. Up the final staircase is the Grand Finale, the Rooftop Terrace. An 800sqft masterpiece that has AMAZING CITY VIEWS! Plenty of seating, 65” tv, firepit, dining area for 8 people. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Smoke and noise monitors are on the property. NO SMOKING/VAPING in the property or on the rooftop.
Other Details to Note
All BRAND NEW beds, linens, furniture! It is 4 stories so there are a lot of stairs. There is a guest bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. Kitchen and living room are on the second floor. Master and second guest bedrooms and bathrooms are on the third floor. Obviously the 4th floor is the rooftop terrace. It is worth the workout!
